Commercial Standing Seam Metal Roof Installation
In this project we did a Standing Seam Metal Roof Installation in Regal Blue Color in a Commercial Shopping Center in Doral, FL.
This commercial roof has 660 metal panels installed.
We started by tearing out the original roof, which was a ceramic blue clay tile. In fact, the original color-matched with the Regal Blue color in the metal version.
Each panel installed has a length of 67 feet, meaning that there are no joints in between the panels.
The decision to switch to metal was due to their benefits, such as longevity, durability, safety, energy efficiency, and environmentally friendly.
Now, this Shopping Center has one of the strongest strong roofing systems available that will last for many many years to come.
